 CASSEROLES All casseroles are $70 each and serve 10 - 12 LASAGNA Classic beef, fresh spinach or Italian sausage with frehs pasta, homemade tomato sauce, Ricotta and Provolone cheese. TURKEY TETTRAZINI Creamy pasta with smoked turkey, mushrooms and toasted almonds. KING RANCH CASSEROLE Roasted chicken breast, corn tortillas, and cheese in creamy green chile tomato sauce. CHIPOTLE CHICKEN & PASTA CASSEROLE Chicken breast, mushrooms, and pasta in chipotle cilantro cream sauce. SAN ANTONIO CHILI PIE Spicy beef chili topped with cheddar green chile cornbread. CHICKEN SPAGHETTI Chicken breast and pasta in a tomato sauce with mushrooms, olives, cheddar cheese and fresh basil. CHICKEN, BLACK BEAN & TORTILLA CASSEROLE Chicken breast, southwestern tomato sauce, black beans and cheddar cheese layered with corn tortillas. DEVILED CHICKEN AND NOODLES Chicken breast, noodles, and mushrooms in a creamy mustard sauce. Casseroles are available ready to bake but can be picked up hot upon request. Casseroles are served in a disposable (non-microwavable) aluminum pan. HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°. Place the casserole on a cookie sheet (to catch any drips) and bake, uncovered, until heated through (about 40 minutes). If the casserole is becoming too brown, cover the top loosely with foil for the last 10 minutes of baking. GREEN SALAD Choose Sweet & Tangy, Garlic Parmesan, or Basil Vinaigrette dressing.
